This limited non-transferable warranty is provided by Asjmreye Corporation and applies to products ordered from asjmreye.com

 

About the Electronic Warranty

In response to global warming and to reduce waste, we have joined the campaign to protect the environment and reduce logging. Therefore, every customer can get warranty service by contacting us directly at Service@asjmreye.com/Support@asjmreye.com or 213 933 4058. To start the warranty process, customers only need to provide their order number, name, email, phone number, and the address associated with the order.

 

How to File a Warranty Claim?

1.Contact us: Contact our service team at Service@asjmreye.com/Support@asjmreye.com or 213-933-4058 and provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. (e.g., order number, name, email, phone number and address under the order).

2.Describe the problem: Please provide a detailed description of the issue, including when and how it occurred. Photos or videos of the defect may be required for assessment.

3.Once the claim is validated, we will either repair/replace/refund at our option.

4.This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

 

Coverage and Duration:

This warranty expressly covers all parts, frames and accessories of the products sold by ASJMREYE.

The particulars are as follows

*This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

*This warranty covers the cost of all part and labor for the first year from the date of purchase at no cost to the customer.

*This warranty covers the cost of the motor(s) of the product for a period of five years from the date of purchase at no cost to the customer. (Accessories are not included)

 

What is not Covered?

*Normal wear and tear, including Velcro or zipper failure, or tearing of any fabric covering due to abuse. Failure or attachment points in stitching, Velcro and zippers.

*Modifications or altered conditions of the original product, improper use of the power supply/power source, electrical interference, and electrical surges.

*Failure due to improper use and unreasonable use or maintenance (including failure to follow operating instructions). Damage caused by failure to perform necessary maintenance.

*Any environmental conditions (e.g., fire, flood, rust, corrosion, sand, mud, storms, dirt, wind, hail, earthquakes and/or tornadoes) or any other weather conditions.

*Softened/hardened foam and filler composites in pillows and cushions; Normal fading, pilling, shading, wrinkling, shrinkage, stretching, wear, and color loss of fabrics and leathers.

*Damage resulting from physical impact, either intentionally or by accident or negligence: including stains, liquids, mildew, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or other unsanitary, damage or soiling.

*Any shipping costs on repairing the product. Shipping damage, theft, abuse, neglect, vandalism.

*Damage caused by shipping and handling; improper installation and/or unauthorized repair.

*Any damage or loss caused by: dropped products; including but not limited to remote controls;     loss of use while the product is being serviced; alteration or modification of original condition;  loss of authority.

*Non-ASJMREYE products purchased from unauthorized dealers.

 

Note:

1. The following are not considered defects:

Slight variations in color, texture, or grain of upholstery materials. Natural differences in fabric or synthetic leather, including minor variations in shading, texture, or stitching alignment, do not affect performance and are not considered manufacturing defects.  

Leather stretching, oil absorption, patina development, color and grain variations, wrinkles, scratches, healed scars, and other natural markings. Leather is a natural material, and each hide is uniquely enhanced by these characteristics.

Sounds such as slight creaks, motor hums, or subtle mechanical clicks that develop with regular use are a normal part of the product’s function and do not indicate a defect. These noises can often be resolved by applying lubrication to the joints as part of routine maintenance.

While charging batteries (if there are), it is normal for the battery charger to heat up.Please be assured that the charger is equipped with an overheat protection feature that will automatically adjust to prevent overheating. Heat coming from the battery charger DOES NOT constitute a defect.

2. This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service requests, i.e., in-home service requests/ return requests/ refund requests solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product, or finding an unsatisfactory power connection.

3. Asjmreye reserves the right to replace only the defective part(s) and to substitute materials of equal or better quality should the original materials be unavailable at the time of repair or replacement.

4. Any item repaired or replaced under these Limited Warranties will be covered by the Limited Warranties for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
